Rules

Hello and thank you for choosing to stay with us! Before you settle in, we ask that you take a moment to review our house rules. These guidelines are designed to ensure a pleasant and respectful environment for all our guests. We keep it short and sweet so you can quickly join in on the fun and let the adventure begin!

If any questions pop up or you need a helping hand, don’t hesitate to give us a shout—we’re here to help!

General

Valid photo identification in the form of a identity card, driver license or passport is required at check-in.

Guests who are under 18 cannot stay in shared hostel.

No animals are allowed in the hostel with the exception of guide dogs.

Check-out is until 11:00. We kindly ask you to strip your beds upon departure.

The courtyard is open to use until 23:00.

Food and Drinks

No food or drink allowed in the rooms or pods (beds) except for water.

If you keep food and drink in the fridge, please label it with your name and date of departure.

Alcohol is not allowed on the hostel premises.

Guest responsibility

Guests are requested to conduct themselves in a reasonable and responsible manner at the hostel and must not act in any way which may disturb other guests. Failure to adhere to this requirement may result in guests being asked to leave the hostel in which event all charges and additional charges shall become immediately payable by the guest.

Respect the shared space provided to you. Please clean up after yourself.

Quiet hours are between 23:00 - 08:00. Please be courteous of fellow guests sleeping.

Smoking and drugs

No rolling joints or cigarettes within the rooms and pods.

No smoking, vaping, or drugs allowed within the hostel

Smoking or using drugs directly in front of the hostel entrance or around the building is also strictly prohibited.

Possession of drugs (including weed) are not allowed on the premises. A fine of €250 will be charged if you are found to be smoking, rolling or taking drugs on the hostel premises. We kindly ask you take a walk along the water to relax and chill.

Guests who ignore these rules may be immediately removed from the hostel without refund.

Security

Guests will be responsible for any loss or damage caused at the hostel by guests or visitor of the guest. The guest may be liable for City Trip Hostels’ reasonable cost of repairing, cleaning or replacing any property of City Trip Hostels which is damaged, soiled or lost by a guest.

A locker is provided in all City Trip Hostels to store personal items.

City Trip Hostels cannot be held liable for any items taken from the safe.

Be aware of our CCTV system, you are being filmed (smile!).
