Reservations
Must I pay for my reservation online?
A credit or debit card is required to confirm your reservation. If you have booked a non-refundable rate the full amount of the accommodation will be charged upon booking. If you have booked a flexible rate payment is charged 24 hours prior to arrival.
For group reservations, please contact us for payment terms.
How can I book more pods?
Oops! I have booked for the same day as my parents anniversary. How can I cancel or change my stay?

Although you cannot directly choose your favourite POD position when booking online, you can let us know by leaving a comment in the notes section when booking.
If you have already reserved your POD then send us an email to arrange top or bottom.

Our rates
What are your T&C's for the flexible rate?
If you have booked our flexible rate, your card details are required to confirm your reservation. Should you need to cancel or amend your stay, you can do this until 24 hrs (3pm) prior to arrival. After this time, cancellation and modifications to your reservation will result in 100% charge of the accommodation amount. In case of a no-show the total price of the reservation will be charged.
