How can I book more pods?
If you would like to add more PODS to your stay you can do so by either contacting us directly or by making more reservations. Directly of course!
Oops! I have booked for the same day as my parents anniversary. How can I cancel or change my stay?
Payment
When do I have to pay for my reservation?
Valid credit card details are requested when making a booking in order to guarantee your reservation. A pre-authorisation will be made for the full amount at the time of booking. Flexible rates are fully payable within 72 hours before arrival/check-in. A non-refundable rate will be fully charged at time of booking.

What can I use the DropIn app for during my stay?
The DropIn app is your all-in-one tool during your stay with us. Not only can you check-in and check-out through the app, but it also acts as your digital key — giving you secure access to your dorm room and all communal areas, including the front entrance, kitchen, and lounge.
But that's not all — the app also includes a handy Butler Guide, filled with recommendations on things to do, places to eat, and hidden gems in the local area. Looking for insider tips? Although you cannot directly choose your favourite POD position when booking online, you can let us know by leaving a comment in the notes section when booking.
If you have already reserved your POD then send us an email to arrange top or bottom.

Our rates
What are your T&C's for the flexible rate?
If you have booked our flexible rate, your card details are required to confirm your reservation. Should you need to cancel or amend your stay, you can do this until 72 hrs (3pm) prior to arrival. After this time, cancellation and modifications to your reservation will result in 100% charge of the accommodation amount. In case of a no-show the total price of the reservation will be charged.
